Enthusiastic Contrafibularities
It's the cuisine of choice of the veggies Isadora, although there are some good vegan restaurants from most other cultures as well now.
When we were really hard up, we used to go to the Indian Veg in Chapel Market (Islington) where they had an all you could eat buffet for 3 quid.
It was lush
As for the Chardonay - I rarely drink but do like a good white wine. Mersault (sp) is my fave

The madras was not as the hot as the one that I make but it was yum. I have only just got into indian food cos ex didn't like hot food.
Ooooo, my brother used to have madras/vindaloo curry paste watered down with boiled eggs over chips  He lives in New Zealand now, so I dunno if he still does or not

We used to live in a maisonette and one night mam was doing it for my brother coming in from the pub. The window was open and there were two biddys standing talking outside. It was quite quiet and one of them was heard to say........can you smell that!
