Sorry, just can't agree with you. Davina is not talentless at all.

It is not easy presenting, let alone doing it in front of a few thousand people in a live audience coupled with millions on TV.

Is that talentless - I think not.

I recently had to do a presentation in front of just thirty people - damn hard. I take my hat off to her.

Could you honestly do what she does ?  Now be honest.

Actually EC I have done a lot of presentations in the course of my career - it is part of what I do.
She is amateurish, vulgar and tries to hard.

I'll take your word for it on the presenting front, but I just don't see any of the characteristics you attribute to her. Except that on her late night slot she can be somewhat "blue", but that is part of the programme.

If you look at other presenters you could say Jonathan Ross tries too hard and is also crude a times. George Lamb tries too hard in quite the opposite way and for me is poor as I don't care for him or his presenting style.

And that I think is your problem, you don't particularly like Davina, so it is easier for you to brand her as an amateur presenter that is vulgar and tries too hard.

When it comes to presenters, there are only a few in number that I truly enjoy listening to or watching. Not surprisingly they are mainly in the area of documentary film making.

Now that is a whole new ball game !!
I know many men who find her quite attractive too.

Now that is one show I did not manage to see, so unfortunately can't comment on that one. But I must say It's not good to be cancelled one series in !!

The whole chat show arena seems a difficult one. When you think of the greats Parkinson, Wogan and Harty, not many seem to do too well at it do they?

IMHYCO one either likes chat shows or one doesn't. I don't.
Otherwise it's horses for courses. Davina makes a good fist of BBBM, on that channel, at that time of night. You probably never saw Corden do it. Now that was bad.

I think Jonathan Ross, Allan Carr - hell even Mrs Merton did a great job.
Davina does not have either the intelligence, wit or depth of the above. She is really not very good IMO.

I think people should stop being negative Nancy's and leave her alone. She's only having a bit of fun.

I really do not like her.
I have seen too many people who have been foul in the house get away with it and have her fawn all over them. I find her trying to act like a gauche 19 year old embarrassing in the extreme,
And I find the sycophantic  ramblings of BBLB really very ridiculous.

Ahhh, well I never watch that - and I've just struck a deal with hubby to watch Wossy's last show tonight - so I will miss her on the eviction show.

Give her a big cheer for me, eh
