I've had half a dozen Emails from the site, mostly friend requests, but I have decided to "unsubscribe" from Emails, which was quite easy to do.
I wish him luck in his future endeavours Jenny.

I just went and checked and it is easy to unsubscribe from notifications, if anyone else wants to.
