With it being on at this time, i will now probably watch E4 LF , and i do really need an early night ! I could always turn the TV off of course

10.30pm? 
9pm is fine but a 10pm start is a killer for me when it finishes at 11.10pm. I know I sound like an old fart but I'm on the go from 6.30am and come 10pm on a school night I need to get to bed.
I'm convinced if they had a set start time of 9pm their viewing figures would be waaay better.
