actually it went well.... in that my brother has morphed back into my nice brother.... now he is no longer going out with the boring one (in fairness tis my brother to blame.. he tends to dump all of us when he gets a gf).... so, twas me & him taking the pish out of my Dad (who was being particularly bonkers today).
My mum was faffing around in the background.
I think they were trying to give me and my brother 'some time' together... cos in their heads the fact that we haven't had much to do with each other (when he was with his ex) meant in their heads that there had been a big bust up (there hadn't)
And... I only wanted to throttle my father three times...
tis what I would call 'a good day at the olds!'
oooh and.. bonus... I got my brothers lawn mower (he has just moved into a flat so no longer needs it)... AND... he has agreed to give us first refusal on his "put you on" car (he is between Lotus's at the moment)... which I really like (tis an old Alfa... but its a pretty red colour... I want it!)

My mum always used to say that about boys.. she had some wee phrase about it, but it was along the lines of when they get together with someone , it's " see you!" till it all goes pear -shaped, but girls tend to juggle partner/ family more.. glad he's back to being dittybrother though Gladder he has an old Alfa you might get your paws on! x
