m so upset and depressed the way things are at the moment. im so confused about things and people. I dont feel like me anymore and i dont know what to do
I don't know if this helps but think of the things that are positive and keep you going, then think of the things you can change about the way your feeling, and then just work out the bad feelings one at a time...I really hope you feel better, I'm giving you A MASSIVE LOVING HUG..
