For this tour the role of the narrator is being taken by a number of different guest stars.

For instance:

But if you don't fancy any of these dressed in basque and fishnets, you should perhaps
go to the Llandudno show in September when the guest narrator will be Gethin Jones.

Am I, as a straight woman, wrong for finding Tim Curry curiously sexy in his basque and stockings?
I'm with you....I do like man so sure of his masculinity he can wear frilly underwear

Last time I went to see it in the theatre though was a while ago, Johnathan  Wilkes (me best mate's Robbie Williams) played Frank   and I have to say he was surprisingly good

hmmm now how many minutes am I away from  Llandudno

I saw this at the Regent Theatre in Ispwich in 2007!  Ian Lavender was the narrator..

Its sooooo good!   the music blows you away.   We had  some bloke from Holby City as Frank N Furter....

I took my daughter and two of her friends, and one of my friends...  and it was really good.  I would recommend it to anyone (though if you don't want the heavy audience participation... & dress up then go to an afternoon performance)

It is a very odd experience when during the interval of a Rocky Horror Show performance one stands at the urinals in the gents toilets. Look right and look left and on both sides you may see a man in a basque and fishnet tights.
It fair puts one off the job in hand!

hahaha Brisket!

my daughter was speechless when an elderly couple who were in the block in front of us stood up to dance... they had looked almost out of place...  my friend had wondered if they had just popped in to watch an afternoon matinee at the theatre, unaware of the content....

but when they stood up they were both in suspenders & fishnets & heels...  OAP from head to waist... RHPS fan from the waist down!

my friend & I gave them a woooop and a cheer!   good on em!

I love the Rocky Horror Show, it's one of my favourite films, never seen it live though...I'd love to.

You must go see it live Leccy... as soon as you possibly can!   Its mind blowing!   I had wondered if it could possibly compete with the original film... but seeing it live took it to totally different level..

I agree Ditty  - you must try to go Leccy.
But be prepared to throw aside your previous experiences of live theatre.
Even the audience participation  (or should that be partici.........pation?) such as you get in pantomime, is quite different in Rocky Horror.
It is one of those things where you can love the film and love the stage show without one detracting from the other.
