Now you come to mention it, I haven't seen too many of them myself.
I don't watch soaps, don't much like Ant & Dec, can't stand Michael McIntyre..and so on....
So I'm not really comparing at all - just voting for those who I like.

Hello!!! No... it was Misfits I think. I've never seen that, but I love The Street.

Hiya Kaffy...shame it didn't win, I think it may have won previously,
Great series, I've bought the DVD's, only last week I watched the Bob Hoskins
episode from series 3 again.

Bob Hoskins

Remind me?  It's one of those programmes that gets shunted all over the place up here, so I tend to miss the odd episode.  Shame, Scottish television has p*ss poor taste at times - they think we all want to listen to gaelic rambling after 10 p.m. when actually apart from waaaaaaaaay up north - nobody speaks it!

Hoskins is the landlord of the local boozer, he bans the local villain's son from the pub for smoking in the toilets, problem is the villain funds the local football team & wants his son allowed back in the pub, all get nasty & bloody, Hosking loses the battle , ends up bloody & splattered, but wins the war when the villains family leave him, and all the locals turn their back on him.  Great episode. The best episodes through  the 3 series seem to be the ones that feature Timothy Spall as the cabby.
