After Buble I moved on to Carole King and James Taylor on BBC4
Absolutely love James Taylor, have enjoyed his Albums, utube vids, and music vids filmed at his home, saw him in Concert in London a few years ago, he's another Master of music and lyrics.

Re the Buble, has anyone heard his version of You'll Never Find with the singer Laura Pausini, very sensual, great chemistry between the two and the song.

I can't find on utube one of my fave vids of James Taylor singing Shower The People, one of my all time fave songs from him. Apart from James and the song I absolutely love the contribution from the black backing singer which is even stronger on a version I used to have.

Thanks for posting the video YR.
I like it very much.
Watching him on BBC4 in a 1971 concert and comparing it to more recent stuff, -
in spite of all the years in between he still comes across as a modest (almost shy) unassuming man.
A lovely performer, where the music matters most.
elkie, me and others have had a very satisfying night - musically.

So glad you enjoyed it also Brisket. Because I love music over the years I've seen many performers in concert from the US and UK. You're right about J. Taylor coming across as modest - which not all do because they aren't lol. At the end of the London Concert hubby and I were at the Musicians bar backstage and James came in and stood next to me, I spoke to him and realised even more than I assumed when I'd seen him on stage earlier that evening that yes he's shy, unassuming and very laid back, very gentle person, showed no ego in assuming he should be served first at the bar, really nice human being and great musician and songwriter
