Thats what annoys me most in the mornings, huge traffic and they pull out and sit in the middle of the road expecting me to stop and let them go.

That is often the only way you will ever get out of some roads around here. I'll happily stop for those drivers!

What I meant was, he stopped at the junction, waited a few seconds, until I was a bit closer, and then pulled out.
