Mix Corned beef with chopped raw onions and cold boiled potatoes season with salt and pepper.Make some shortcrust pastry about 8ozsof flours worth.Roll out to a square and cover with the mixture leave an inch round edges.wet margin with water and roll it up.fold the edges under.Make a 3 slits in top about 2inches apart about 2inches long.Brush with milk and put into a medium oven for about 20-25 mins.If browning too quickly loosely cover with some greaseproof paper. When done cut slices off. and serve with whatever you want.
If you don't have any boiled potatoes then grate some breadcumbs and use them in place of the potatoes.
