I'm not sure we should be making comments about someone accused of rape whilst the trial is going on and Jade is dead - let her rest in peace.

I think this thread is a perfect example of why this forum is going down the tubes.....Not the subject Joe...

I just mentioned it was a bit unecassery for Jade to even be mentioned as she just so happened to be dead at the time of the alleged offence, I then went on to give my point of view on the discussion topic to further generate conversation,(unlike some)
I neither asked nor wished for garage joe to apologise.
But now I will speak a bit more about the alleged offence.
I do think the lads in question are innocent, and I think it's been a knee jerk reaction from the alleged victim when her friends took her to the police station straight after the party.
