Awwww, no - poor little Hooby
there is a cat that looks just like him on the adoption page...but it's a girl...think he'd notice? (if we dont get to keep Tux lol)
He'd notice though, wouldn't he? Tux seems to have a singular personality on him

Any news Hoobs? Is your little lad the one with Aspergers? That cat seems to have taken a shine to him - if not the hissing rats!
I wonder if Tux is the cat that's been reported missing. Straying (and fighting) is always a problem with male cats that still have their bits - bit like men really
Plus they smell really bad when they wee - bit like..... no I won't go there!

Too true, Veggie.
aye Veggie he's the one with Asperger's which is probably why the other cat doesn;t get on with him...this one has taken a shine to him though, sits next to him all the time, and yowls outside his bedroom door at night (he can open doors so had to wedge it closed ..dont worry, my son can get out lol). if i dont shut him out my son will never sleep!
i've noticed today that the 'advertisment' for the cat matching his description in the LOST section is not there anymore....hopefully that means that they found their cat and this is not him lol. yet to hear from the CPL, will give them a bell tomorrow see if any news.

Awwww Hoobs they sound perfect for eachother, perhaps you should mention all this to the CPL. Will they doctor the cat for you free of charge? If not, they could give you a voucher to get him done at a local vet for a fixed fee, it used to be 25 quid but I don't know how much it is now.
That picture of your son and Tux (thanks Demantoid!) is just too cute.
Hi Yogi - LTNS, hope you're well hun

dunno, whichever way it happens he's getting done! lol! i'm a firm believer in nuetering cats to stop them breeding so much dont want to see more cats in rescue than i did today...the website gets updated at least once a day and i see cats come and go everyday
and that is just ONE rescue
and that is just ONE rescue

I agree, definitely with male cats anyway. In the past we've let our female cats breed, but we've made sure each kitten gets a good home (or we keep em)
I agree there are far too many dogs, cats, puppies and kittens in rescue homes, not only all over the country but all over the world. Whoever owned "Tux" before obviously never got round to having him done which is irresponsible. I really hope you can keep him as he and your son would be so good for each other
Love the pictures Darth.
It is lovely to see caring, rather than neglect.
Hope it works out well.

It sounds like your little boy and Tux were made for each other. Tux obviously has a bond with him - it's almost like he was sent especially
well i didn't get chance to ring them today thanks to a possible inner ear infection (for me) been bed bound most of the day...able to stand (sit) upright now though lol. will ring them tomorrow if i have time, got a very busy day tomorrow and have to add doctors appointment to that >-<
