Has anyone else had those cooked chickens in a bag from the Hot Deli at Tesco?

Christmas Chicken

We had one tonight for dinner and I forgot how tasty and yummy they were

we had that with Waldorf salad , potato salad and a nice load of bread

was a yummy dinner

I like the BBQ chicken pieces you can get from there. Their deli stuff is lush

Mrs Joe occasionally gets 'em from Morrisons. They stink the car out and I have zero tolerance for the taste of chicken. Love their chicken kebabs though since they don't taste of chicken.

No! Chicken makes a great vehicle for marinades and stuff.

I've had the ones from Sainsbur and Asda...I sometimes get them on a Saturday and have them for lunch after shopping with just some crusty bread....ainsburys does Thai Sweet Chillli chicken kebabs as well that are lush!

Our Sainsburys don't do em in a bag...but I likes to buy em from them from the hot food counter & serve em in a wrap wiv a bit a salad!

We get them from Asda now and again - excellet with rocket salad on pitta ...and the magic ingredient a jar of Asda Chilli mayonnaise absolutely fab!
