go back to the docs - my mum has labrynthine (sp?) vertigo and has different tabs to take when she feels an attack coming on
she has been feeling quite sick on the tabs she is on and the doctor has said they can try others
he has told her there are different tabs and it is just a matter of trying the various types to find which ones agree with her

The doc might be able to give you an anti-sickness tablet, to take with the ones he's already prescribed......
Stemetil tablets I find do the trick but you need to be on them for a few days before you see the benefit.

Yes.... they certainly can help with the nausea...
hey Aims, my son (who is 10 tomorrow) has suffered with vertigo from the time he could hold his head up. He has benign paroxysmal vertigo but has got used to it as he's got older. Being the age he is he says its kinda fun now (& after all the stitches to his head - long fringe covers scars ).
I really feel for you because I know how scary & unnerving vertigo can be

Aimee the doctor/hospital give you excersises to do when you have verigo you sit on the edge of the bed and you go down on your side so your head touches the bed and come back up again ,you you do this so many times then you do it on the other side it is very hard to do as it makes you feel worse dizzy and sick but they say it sorts the inner ear out, I have tried this but could not cope with it as I was being sick, hope you get it sorted Aimee it is an awful thing to have good luck
