I've said about ten times in the last 24 hours that exact thing, she shouldn't have performed at all.

Scotty, all I'll say is where ever you've got that from, it's nonsense. LOADS of news sources got their wires crossed with that. Thinking that when they were planning for her not to perform on the live show, but pre-record the performance earlier on, that they meant they were planning for her to mime it.

I'm done with this to be honest. Why am I defending her when it's getting me absolutely nowhere?

Anyone would think I was married to her or something.

Here's what Rowetta Satchell posted on DS because Polydor used a sample on one of the songs she sang for Cheryl's Brit performance without her permission...Thanks for your messages. I am speaking with Polydor and our lawyers today.
It is a shame, as I loved the remix, but they did not get the sample cleared, as they said they would go with something else, rather than have me sing it live. From this thread:
