Alex has spent much of the past three weeks irritating me with his constant moaning about 'meeja attention' as if he's done nothing to court it.
But last night's antics were genuinely hilarious - he has proved he doesn't mind subverting his he-man image and taking the wee out of it, which is great. He's a bit self-obsessed, but he's not spiteful or arrogant.
And his wisecracks at 'people's champ' Vinnie were priceless.
I think many of us (me included) would have warmed to him earlier if he wasn't tainted by association with that woman..

I would never have thought in a million years I would be supporting him! But he has been a pleasant, funny, non-bitchy, housemate. He has taken so much taunting from Jones and not got angry or aggressive but has given Vinnie some good comebacks that have put him in his place AND I cant wait for the Vinnie loving girls at work to see him lose to Alex

I agree with everything peeps have said here, I for one would never have thought that I would like him, but he is genuine. The fact stands though, that if wasn't K.P.'s Squeeze, we would never have heard of him.
