Roast shoulder of pork, slowly roasted for about 6 hrs. (only 4hrs to go )

I'm about to go visit me dad and brother (about 1h30min drive there and back) So i've done a frozen pizza before we go and will grab something around dinner time later.

I'm dead jealous of all your roasts I just dont have the time today.
