I agre with blizzie, nicola startd to say "thats what i said" but vinnie as usual just talked over her like billy bigbaws, imaginin himsel to be most witty charming man in the country...Nic T has his number though, shrewd and lovable nic2win.

Nicola's done WAG's Boutique and a DVD WAG's Workout so she obviously does consider herself a WAG.  Vinnie's just given her food for thought, is she a second division WAG, or not a WAG at all?

I would assume that she was approached by others to work on those projects, but she certainly gave a cogent argument as to why she didn't consider herself a WAG.

She also said that she thought it was a stupid term, but wasn't offended by it.

I just think it makes you look a bit stupid when you do a WAG reality show, a WAG dvd, and then argue that you're not a WAG.  Would you agree?

She is a girlfriend of a professional football player (regardless of division) so she is by definition a WAG. Vinnie Jones was just being an arse and a spiteful, nasty one at that. Can't stand the overbearing control freak.

Nicola doesn't agree with you.  Or she didn't last night.  She did agree with you earlier when she did the show and workout video.

Faith, perhaps Nicola wouldn't agree with me but my point was about Vinnie Jones demeaning the girl. He was just being mean and horrible and I don't think he has the right to do that to Nicola or anyone. I have never heard of Nic before this show and I;m certainly no champion of hers or indeed any vacous women who leeches of a footballer, HOWEVER it is not Vinnie Jones place to try and make her look small. As she said, she thinks it's a bit of a pointless description, which doesn't take into account what job the women do, if they have a job. It's just a stupid label.

However, she's not offended by it, so it wouldn't prevent her from taking up job offers. WAG's Boutique was also supposed to raise money for charity, so maybe that was part of the consideration.

I'd never heard of Nicola before the show and don't particularly want to hear of her after it. However, she made the point that she thought WAGS were the likes of Posh,Colleen etc and that the term didn't apply to her

Well, if he, or you, had listened to her, she was in agreement with him, so his attempt to humiliate her just made him look stupid.

And I think he was trying to put WAGs down.

I listened to both of them.  I don't think he tried to humiliate her at all.  He questioned her, debated with her about the definition of WAG and if she was one.

I listened to them both. I think he did try to humilate her. She didn`t rise to the bait so it backfired, making him look like the nasty piece of work he truely is.

The WAG conversation between Vinnie and Nicola showed Vinnie in his vile true light.
He was like a dog with a bone. Taking delight in trying to trip up Nicola and in trying to make her look stupid.
Vinnie was the one who showed his unpleasantness.

Vinnie is talking absolute rubbish.


Nicola was right about how the WAG thing started, but Vinnie was having none of it.


Now WAG is a very commonly used word and it's nothing to do with Premier League, or League 2.

I don't particularly like Nicola T. However, i don't think she should be underestimated as a housemate; what she lacks in the way of general knowledge i think she makes up for in her own self-awareness and understanding of how RTV works.
