I like him but am finding him a little too sure of himself

I lost respect for him last night when he & Alex were ridiculing katia....it wasn't pleasant viewing....Vinnie knows he can manipulate Alex and eggs him on, Alex is too dumb to realise he's Vinnies yes man!!!!
