Saying as she sees - implies she's saying it to people's faces. No, she is bitching for the sake of bitching. You can put any spin you want on it, but the bottom line is Stephanie's "lovely lady" act is now dead in the water.

I don't see it as bitching.Steph put it a very nice way that Kat is an Orchid,which she is.
And everyone knows that Orchids are not parasites, but epiphytes! 
I don't think she was bitching at all...........they were just having a late night/early morning chat and in that enclosed environment I think its normal to talk about each other.......and they've all done it
