Are you feeling down?
It can be a sign of depression.
I've been eating your share, btw!

Yer, I would go to the Doctors, Probably nothing, but better safe and all that innit.
Are you stressed?

i have been a bit stressed. its the final week of uni and got essays to give in but ive never been this bad b4
Aww, see how you are after your essays are all finished.
It may just be that.

Missing a couple of meals isn't going to cause anyone lasting harm - I wouldn't bother the doctor with it just yet, because they've enough to do this time of year, treating people with swine flu and other seasonal ailments.
If it goes on longer than a week or two and you start losing weight without trying to, make an appointment.
I'd still go to the docs, they might give ya something as a lil boost innit You don't wanna not want Christmas Dinner!!!
I'd stay out of the surgery - with the number of people in there coughing and spluttering right now, you're more likely to come away with something you didn't originally have!
Being off your food for a couple of days is hardly major.

Yep, no need to panic.
The only time I ever went off eating was just before my wedding - nerves!

As long as you don't feel ill with it, I wouldn't worry too much.
CCM. It most definetly sounds like "nerves"Try drinking a cup a soup if you can't manage a meal.
I'm the same as Blizzie! Couldn't eat a thing before I got married, Mr Veg moaned about my empty tummy breath.
Oh and when I got dumped when I was 18. I remember staring at my weetabix and not being able to eat it. I was fine by lunchtime
Don't worry about it, Chick! The more you worry the less you'll want to eat!

tis pretty much the only time i lose my appetite.
my OH is going through same thing as you atm, not eating much. not sure why either. but seems well otherwise. mind you he always has eaten like a mouse. as someone said try soup, or have little meals. just to make sure you're getting nutrients. otherwise i'd only really worry when you lose weight and/or feel off

See the doctor, I went through depression at 16... missed alot of school because of anxiety attacks, failed most of my GCSEs, we told the school that I was struggling alot at the time and I needed help but they just ignored my parents and piled the pressure on me to improve or be booted from the school... thankfully CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) stepped in and bollocked the school for it
