Well he rang me last night to tell me he left her yesterday to move in with that floozy, I don't really know what he was expecting my reaction to be, he seemed to think it was all rather funny. I told him he was making a big mistake, but it's up to him. I like his wife she's a nice lady, and apparently his son is really mad at him, thkfully his son is 19 and not a young child. What a dimwit!

Sounds like your mates wife will be better off without him, once a cheat always a cheat IMO..
Oh that screams mid-life crisis.
I just hope the wife has the strength to not let him back in when it all falls apart for him and his floozy.

I think I'd prefer an absurd, open-topped sports car or perhaps a 1000cc motorbike than a floozy to sort out a midlife crisis.
My friend just bought herself a Harley Davidson to accomodate her midlife crisis!..
Let`s hope your "mate" and his "floozy" can`t see this forum

Don't laugh, Temps. I shouldn't be forgetting this important stuff.

My ex started the same carry on when he was having his midlife crisis! Thought he was Gods gift to Women, he's still single over 12 months after I got rid, would love to make it up to me apparently...pah....
....you reap what you sew IMO, she may not think it now but she's better off without him once a cheat, always a cheat!

The only positive I can find is that he has gone, he is not carrying on behind his wife's back any more, and she now knows what he is really like.
Be careful what you wish for
Unfortunately it's not just the men that do it. some friends of our have just split up after being married for 28 years. Apparently an old love interest reared his head on friends reunited .........how mad to think that you can re kindle something from when you were fourteen years old. anyway - she's gone and cleared him out too by the sound of it.
i was nearly tempted buy an X i met over 12yrs ago ......... i have strong feelings for him but i resisted, i knew he was married and in a way i would loved to have spent some time with him , just to catch up but i know if his wife found out she would go ballistic , but i must admit i was tempted

Bloody friends reunited !!!How common is this ?
My story is much the same, only difference being my relationship was 13 years and she ended it for someone she had eyes for at 16.
