On the BBC news at lunchtime they said there were no fatalities, there were 8 people with serious injuries but were described as not life threatening, a further 27 people needing hospital treatment but not seriously injured, and scores of people with minor injuries.
The BBC said that witnesses had seen vehicles driving fast on the Sheppey crossing in fog without fog lights on.
Yeah I heard that too. You'll always find someone driving too fast in foggy conditions. But you have to think with the amount of vehicles involved how many were driving like that?
You can't see your nose in front of your face on the Sheppey bridge when it's foggy. That could be awkward for Boris's plans.
It's awful ...the pictures were ....it's a wonder no one was killed ...or no cars pushed over the edge of the bridge .

What's BoJos plan?

I would wager a lot of them, but I also think they were probably driving too close to the vehicle in front and how many were distracted with mobile phone usage?
The only upside is that there are no fatalities.

He wants to sell off Heathrow and build an international hub airport on Sheppey or the Isle of Grain just up the road....
