She has clearly had a bit of botox and maybe some lip enhancement, but if you look at her 'before' pic, which is a police mugshot in harsh lighting and was taken 13 years back - give her black hair; grow in the eyebrows and allow for the natural thinning of the face that occurs with age, then she really hasn't changed that much!

 Sadly not, but if someone remains at a similar weight through their 20s/30s, their face will tend to lose subcutaneous fat. It's why Charlotte Rampling once said that "at a certain age a woman must choose between her bottom and her face", meaning that the face can eventually get too skeletal and haggard looking if you maintain a skinny figure into your middle-age.
