I have been looking at one of these to replace my knackered Razr phone and wonder if any one has one and if so, are they easy to use because I am a techincal numpty, and are the ring tones and stuff loud, as I have to have them loud to hear them.

Also this is going to sound really silly but is there a place to attach my phone charm to it as my brother brought me a lovely cat one last year and I would want to attach it to my phone.

I had a LG Chocolate phone (pink) and loved it, but lost it sadly and had to go back to my trusty Razr, is the Cookie as easy to use as the Chocolate and is the touch screen phones easier to use than a slider or clam shell phone.

Sorry to sound a numpty, but well, when it comes to phones and stuff I am.

Hiya!

I've got a pink LG Cookie. The ringtones can go pretty loud on it, it's really easy to use, I've never had any trouble trying to suss things out on  it.

Yes there is a place in the top left hand corner to attatch a charm.

Personally I find the touch screen a tad annoying. I probably wont h ave another, it's personal choice though. I find it taks longer to text , you can use yourr finger on the screen to type but usually it's not very accurate so I have to use the little pen that cames with the phone to text.
It's a nice little phone for the money, but the camera is really really naff.

Anything else you wanna know, I'll try and help x

Here's a review for it Pinky http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_kp500_cookie-2536.php

My daughter had it for Christmas last year, she loved loved it. But unfortunately she dropped in school 2 months after she had it and the screen smashed - no insurance! So she ended with a £20 mobile (the cheapest I would buy!).

I've got a pink Cookie, and I hate it.  It is by far the worst phone I've ever had and I'm seriously considering getting my old Samsung out of retirement until I'm eligible for an upgrade.   As Tigi said, the camera is crap, and I don't like the touch screen.  Compared to other touch screeen phones, I find it very hard to use.  I've recalibrated it several times, but I still find it very awkward and have to use the pointer thingy for texting.
