My summer pudding isn't looking good TBH!

Has anyone else ever made it? I did a bag of frozen berries and added some sugar and strawberries .......................about six hours ago. I would have thought the juices would be seeping through and colouring the bread by now ..........it's just looking like a dome shaped fruit sandwich.

Incidentally ......half an hour ago I boiled up some extrea strawberries, sugar and half a glass of white wine and topped it up .........................still no seepage though.

Yep .......two tins on top ..........................I think I stinted on the liqiud TBH .........I'll wait and see .........not eating until tomorrow evening ..........................I'll continue with a 'seepage' update if anyones interested.

Nah .............bit too sophisticated ............I think it'll end up as a 'luxury' jam sandwich. not that anyone likes jam sandwich in my house ..........it'll be good compost though
