Stoory, have you heard of Yves Rocher? They do a range for sensitive skin and it's all hypoallergenic. Their laboratories are based in france but they have a UK outlet. It's plant based stuff and no animal testing. I buy a lot of stuff from them. I find their camomile range is very good. They do skin care, make up and fragrances. You can do it all online as well.
