Is he winding us up (as I've thought for a while now) Is he trying to get back at the fans? saying in one breath he wants to sell, then this morning on the sports news on Talksport I hear he's rejected another bid

Mike Ashley has taken the club off the market.

Ashley has appointed Chris Hughton as full-time manager and has pledged to invest £20m in the club.

A search has been launched for companies to sponsor the iconic St James's Park stadium which could lead to its name being changed as early as next season.

It sounds like good news to me Pam considering you'll be back in the Premier League next season having got rid of a lot of deadwood off the pitch - lol at Michael Owen on Sunday.
