And they did not seem too concerned about my switch card being posted out to my house this week, even though the Post Office are threatening strike action again!, It should take between 4 to 5 days for a new card to be sent out, and tomorrow are the 4th and 5th days, so I'm expecting it to arrive next week now!

I ordered my Boss a new card from HSBC, they were the same....

I even said she would pick it up from the branch but they insisted on posting it....
