Our mission is to make a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Our vision is a society where each and every child and young person is supported to realise their potential.   In 2008 the BBC Children in Need Appeal raised over £38 million and for every penny you gave the charity a penny will go towards projects helping disadvantaged children in the UK.


I'm not a big fan of charities per se, however if you are going to give you may as well chose this one, rather than the ones where you pay for someone to earn  very good five figure sums and  drive around in a top of the range German car.
Because of what I do now I could tell some stories that would shock you all, however my solicitor would advise me not to.
