If it bothered him or his friend that much they should have said something there and then. They had during the perfomance, in the interval and after it had finished to do that. What is the point of doing it once you get home?

Complain as they'll almost certainly give you another ticket. If there was no chance of their giving you another ticket then don't complain. Just put it down to being part of life's rich tapestry.Reference:
I'm disabled and I feel extremely hurt by some of the comments in this thread. I feel as though I should be hidden away somewhere and not allowed in the same area as "normal" folk. Not all disabilities are the same. If you mean "mentally handicapped" then say it If you mean paraplegic then say it If you mean deaf then say it or if you mean one of the countless other disabilities, then say it. WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME> we arepeople who happen to have one or more disabilities.
It's just as well you're disabled as I wasn't allowed to make that point on another Gaga thread some time ago as I'm not registered disabled myself. 
I'm PC-gone-mad when I say it.
