To stop emails try...
Right at the top of the page...
Manage.
From the drop-down menu...Notification...
Right at the bottom of that page..Tick...Suspend all email notifications..
Then click...Update Notification Settings..

It works Sunny. I thought I had done it when I joined this place...well I did, I only got a few emails.

But a couple of weeks ago...I checked my email inbox ( I hadn't checked it for about 3 days) and I had at least 3000 emails.

So I suspended emails...now I get nothing

"Suspend All Email Notifications" will work, and is certainly the way to go in Sunny Dayz' case.
However, it's perhaps worth noting that it's a bit of a blunt instrument, and is only really meant to be used when you're unable to manage your account, e.g. when you're on holiday.


There are some LC notifications that you might want to receive: For example, "Suspending All Emails" was the main reason why some FMs weren't aware of the Chat Event with Lesley last week.


If it's just a case of cutting down the huge number of e-mail notifications that some FMs have experienced, I've found that going into "Manage" as above, and unticking the boxes:
Watched Posts >> Comments/Replies to posts I Am Watching; and
Regular Events >> Someone Adds Tag To My Content;
-will reduce the mailbox input to manageable levels. However, other FMs may need to untick further boxes depending on how they use their accounts.


Personally, the only thing that's bothering me at the moment is that there doesn't seem to be any way of making a distinction between Channel Admin Announcements from Groupee (which I'm not interested in) and those from LC/GaGaJoyJoy (which I am).
Any help on this greatly received...
