thanks heatseek, been and choose a pic and then copied the code, then went to my profile and now i'm stuck what to do next, it says click to add picture but then a file chooser comes up

Ello Aimee..right click on the av pic and go to save picture as..and click, a window from your comp will pop up, save it to MY pictures..go to your profile and when the file chooser comes up go to my pictures and you will find the av you saved and click on it and it will upload....
