My laptop randomly zooms when I use the touch pad, and it is driving me MAD. Anyone know how I stop it?

Touch Pad zoom problem solved
Click on the synaptics pointing device icon in the taskbar and go to device settings - go to settings - then open up the options under "advanced gestures" and go to "pinch" - this is what you want to disable. The Synaptics people design the touchpad to zoom only when you "pinch" on the touchpad, but most of us experience the zooming without pinching - this will end it.
