I read somewhere (I think on the BBC red button) that some customers would lose ITV3 and ITV4. (Does anyone ever watch those channels??)

What I don't understand is why there is an ITV2 + 1 but not an ITV +1?

Cant find it on mine but I dont know if I had it anyway.

I know it's probably a silly question, but have you retuned your freeview box as today is the day the boxes have to be retuned and some boxes become obsolete, I'll have a google and see if I can find some details, other than that I've got Sky and got all the other ITV channels.

I heard there will be an ITV1 +1 soon.

It's definitely disappeared.  I only re-tuned because I had to. I only really watch Corrie on ITV2+1 but it's been handy since having the baby because I don't always get to watch it in one sitting.

Sorry hun can't help then, as got Sky, know what you mean about Corrie  though that's how I catch up with it and sometimes *whispers* even Jeremy Kyle!!!!!

ITV2 + 1 was on channel 27. It has moved to channel 33 (at least in my area). On retuning, channel 27 is still appearing but with no transmission. Also at least on my set channel 33 is called ITV rather than ITV2+1. This may explain why people think that ITV2+1 has vanished. As far as I know it's only ITV3 and ITV4 which may be lost for some people.

Thanks El, it is just called ITV now for some reason.  I found it on channel 803.

ITV2+1 is still on ch 27 for me. I'm in Central Scotland.

What I don't understand is why is it only Freeview boxes needing to be retuned today  (not as I'm complaining,) Sky and cable are unaffected, this seems unfair to Freeview viewers IMO.

Still at least I haven't had to retune my Sky+ box, gawd know what a mess my husband would have made of that (the king of NOT reading instructions!!)

Still no luck with Dave (I lost it last week) and hoped them turning up the signal strength would help Can get Dave ja Vu though, so all is not lost

I lost E4+1 when I retuned the one in my bedroom. I searched for extra channels and it was there....phew

How do i search for extra channels?... (I'' be in the corner with the dunces hat on)

On my remote it was the menu button then installation, add extra channels, automatic search

I think that's what I'm going to have to do

All my channels moved which I'm bloody annoyed about as I had them memorised. Even able to press the right buttons half comatosed

Not to worry if you lose a channel. They've added a new channel called GAY RABBIT
