An aside to the dinner lady story...it seems that one of the governors who would have had a say in the sacking was the parent of one of the kids that had ties up the child and whipped her with the skipping rope....and not only has the dinner lady been sacked but the injured child has had to be taken out by the parent...the children that did the whipping though?

No action, they are still happily attending school.

If you have a spare big wardrobe, might I have it?
wish I did have a spare big wardrobe! I've got clothes hanging from every available hanging space, ( no nip jokes I thankyou!)- backs of doors, curtain rails you name it they're hanging there- I'm going to be ruthless, will I ever get into those size 10s again- no chance!

"What Carol actually deserves is a medal. And her job back. The incident is sickening. For it turns out that one of the loathsome little creeps who tied up and lashed Chloe is the son of one of the school governors. Well, I never!
In a situation like this, since one of the governors' child was involved, he should never have been allowed to be part of the sitting panel - conflict of interest.  Sounds a bit like in Harry Potter whenever Draco Malfoy was brought up on his behaviour, he always said "Wait until I tell my father about this", as his father was a school governor.

The school was caught out lying, plain and simple and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto someone else.
