The red message tells me my log-in failed.
However I was very careful to ensure that I was using DOTS not Commas in my e-mail address and as I always do a manual Log-in I can categorically confirm that I am using the correct password,

Hi EFFT,
Are you getting any error message at all? What does the screen say? There should be an error message in red letters. Do you not remember your password?
Tried to reply directly to your e-mail as requested, but it was returned as undeliverable.

I am now logged in using the Firefox browser, the problem there was that YOU (but not necessarily you personally) transferred my password as all small letters, whereas when I first registered it was a combination of small and capital letters. I have not tried with IE again yet.
