Marcus vs Freddie - Who Goes Tonight?

After collecting over 2500 responses from our survey group over the time period of
Tuesday to this morning - Friday morning August 14th - we now feel confident in making a final estimation of who is likely to be leaving Big Brother tonight.

In our view Marcus is so far ahead of Freddie in the actual vote that he is almost "uncatchable", even if the swing in votes to evict Freddie continues this evening.

This has been a more interesting eviction to consider than usual as during this week Marcus - a formerly very unpopular housemate - has gained in popularity as the days have progressed.

Here's how we saw opinions change in the "Who would you like to see evicted" question;

Tuesday Marcus 70.7%
Wednesday Marcus 70.1%
Thursday Marcus 59.9%
Friday morning 58.8%

As you can see from the above, the gap has narrowed somewhat, but not nearly enough to save Marcus.

After considering our proprietary model, We currently estimate that Marcus will be evicted tonight with around 62.6% of the vote.

For Freddie to be evicted tonight with the minimum 50.01% of the vote, tonight's voting would need to be at least 67% for Freddie, which would represent a huge swing from what we are seeing this morning (41% for Freddie).
