Hey everyone
Last night I had the worst migraine I have ever hd in my life. Although I was not sick I was retching and I collapsed with the dizziness when trying to get up the stairs to bed after DH got home last night.
Anyway, I just wanted to ask people who are more experienced with debilitating migraines if they are still groggy for a while afterwards and, if so, what's the best way to shake it off? I feel like I'm still a bit drunk like I've drunk really heavily the night before. I can still feel the feeling of compression in my skull but the pain is now only slight.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated as I still have two little ones to look after and so sleeping it off as I would like to do is not really an option!
