I'd like to be proven wrong here, but I'm assuming that this stunt means that BB have not sent Rodrigo's letter to the real Queen.

If that's the case, then I think they've missed a trick for the sake of a cruel joke. Although he would never have got a personal reply, he would almost certainly have got a stock letter back at the very least - something I'm sure he'd be delighted with.

George Lamb had the letter on the day he wrote it on BBLB and chucked it at the side so it probably hasn't Mad Big Grin Laugh.

That would be just a prop, though.

Rodrigo didn't actually write anything, except on the blackboard. There's no way they'd allow him pen and paper, so he dictated it.

BB could easily transcribe a second, proper, letter and forward it to the Queen.
I rather suspect they won't though. Shame...

Eeker I hope they have bloomin well sent his letter. Like you say, he would definitely get a reply of some description. Ooh, you've got me thinking now! Am already feeling well bad for him. Bless. Frowner

I too really hope his letter was sent to the Queen. Someone on tv a few weeks ago who knows about such things said everyone who writes to her gets a reply. The reply may be from her Secretary or whoever but it would have her signature.

If BB didn't send it that's really mean, and so is the joke they've played on him, nasty, nasty Mad

I think they can afford a stamp so should have sent his letter. It is no skin off their nose and a bit more publicity for them if he gets a reply. I thought a low list royal could have come in their grannies place, like Bea. She's supposed to be a party animal and up for a laugh.

Freddie Windsor will do owt for a bacardi breezer!
