Huh?

He gave a very accurate account of the conversation! In what way can you possibly think it was inaccurate?

I didn't hear her say the, 'little man' comment-think there may be a little bit of transference going on there?

She didn't say 'little man' ... but everything else was pretty much word-for-word what she said ... with added emphasis of course ... but I for one can forgive him that ... Wink

The effect of Dyslexia on the emotions

Whatever difficulties one may have in life, anxiety usually makes them worse, and this is certainly true of dyslexic difficulties: adult dyslexics become locked in a vicious circle of anxiety and inefficiency. Anxiety and stress can also precipitate physical symptoms: panic attacks, nausea, migraine, susceptibility to illness. Being physically below par naturally further reduces efficiency and so the downward spiral continues.

I keep reading that Freddie over-reacted - he cannot help it!!!

So, do you think he over-reacted because he can't help it, or that he didn't over-react?

Doubtlessly. But if she had done (and SAID Roll Eyes) a little less, the reaction might not have been quite so extreme?

I don't particularly like Freddie. I find him irritating. But that was a not too shabby attempt at mental abuse on Bea's part.

Which is why she was nearly pooing her pants later, when she saw Fred "convulsing" on the bedLaugh

Convulsing?

I agree Shar, it was pretty accurate apart from the 'little man' comment and of course the added venom in his tone of voice- don't get me wrong, I'm not sticking up for her!

Convulsing?

Not literally, hence the ---> " " Smiler

But he was kind of thrashing about a bit in that bed. And he had already told her to stop talking to him, because her voice was making him "convulse" (which is something I can completely sympathise with. Her voice is horrendousEeker)

I felt for freddie tonight. Bea went for the jugular, it was precise, brutal and cold and uncomfortable to watch. She has studied her victim well.
His reaction was dramatic, but i felt it was genuine and not done for effect to gain sympathy from either the viewers or the other housemates.
It was clear to me that his reaction was one of sheer frustration, she verbally neutered him, he was unable to respond and therefore as someone said earlier imploded.
She actually seemed to be enjoying her abuse of him!

because i listened quite closely and he upped the anti.listen again to it, when you get the chance, key words were changed, and his retelling changed the emphasis of what she said, which is why siavash was taken aback.
