If the 'persuades' other HM's to vote the same way as her, which she has done throughout, especially before she realised that Freddie probably wouldn't go if she nominated him, as was perfectly obvious by how they all voted the same as her, sophie, karly, kriss, charlie (and mostly Rodrigo), then she will certainly make the final. She has by now convinced herself that Kenny was lying when he told her she was not popular so she has no reason to believe that she will not win
