NO, The voice over on the hl's show pointed out SOPHIE's nominations talk and said there would be 'punishment' for it. The food was taken away because of the DR sit in and jail break....two totally different things. Sophies punishment seems to have been to allow them all to discuss who they there going to nominate. Lovely punishment!
