She made that display for Lisa and Dave's benefit only. She wants to secure a non vote from them. Carole was a prime example of doing this but her cooking was shite and unappreciated unlike Dave's, and she really did do it for mass control. Bea could cook at any time if she wants to, Dave is not a person who would kick up a fuss.
She aired everything personal about Freddie that she knew that certain original housemates had problems with and exaggerated them and made it appear to those onlookers that she was in a position to give Freddie a ticking off and make him feel bad about himself. Bea is in no position to be doing this. She wouldn't know a free spirit if it knocked her over and she's probably jealous of people who are as she desperately wants to give the impression that she is one too.
Oh yes - the comment about people caring about their dinners at the end of the day... very true, but not something she would ever have said in the early days when she wanted to secure a place in Freddie's heart. In that time she would have suggested to him that Lisa could eat the contents of the ashtray for all she cared. This overt display of sudden outrage at the consequences of his actions is just to avoid being nominated by the dominant group.

If BB like them to be up until the small hours in order to give live feeders something feed on they are going to be tired the next day. Tiredness causes all sorts of problems.
