Fair & logical point, tuppsy. Maybe we should just wait and see Nod

But I'm gonna stick my neck out here and say I'll bet whatever it was that pillock, Halfwit, did it didn't merit that cow's protracted peevish nagging at him for so long.

The only thing that would justify that kind censure is if Halfwit had commited a murderous act! Laugh

If he'd come into bed next to me.. hmmm'ing and dude'ing.. when I was pee'd off with him.. then I would have dispensed with the verbal ripping of a new one and probably gone straight to pillow over face. Wink Laugh

Now that would be a perfectly reasonable way to shut him up. Over and done with in less than a minute. Smother - roll over - go back to sleep. Simples Thumbs Up

No matter what he did, the solution was NOT to bleat on and on and on and on, saying you don't want to talk about it, bleat on and on some more, saying you don't want your "sleep pattern disturbed", bleat on and on about sodding NEGATIVITY (God, I hate her voice SO much when she says "NEG-AT-IVI-TY" Mad), then - guess what? - even more bleating.....etc etc..... Freddie loves the endless bleating convos too.. they're as bad as each other in that respect. They both love to talk it out, largely so they can have the pleasure of listening to their own voices. Meh...

She does have that passive yet aggressive tone down.. I'd prefer it if she just hollered at him. Mind you he'd probably get off on that. Ninja

It seems to me that Freddie said nothing that a lot on here have said about her in the past. His nether region unfortunately took some time to give way to his brain. Saying that, he appears to be doing the rounds this morning apologising to people. Laugh

Thanks cologne.. Valentine

See... I agree with Bea's comments about Freddie. I don't dislike him but he is a self indulgent bugger and he does like the whole kitchen sink drama.

The piece cologne has C&P'd says Halfwit and Bea had a heated debate. It started as a discussion on Bea's ‘negativity'. That'd depend on what was said, by who and how it came across.. but if it was negative and designed to pull apart someone then I wouldn't be surprised if they gave him some of that back.

I don't hold out much hope of seeing an unabridged version on HLs. Frowner

Baggy and tubbs, I cannot go to the dark side, so I have to defend Freddie. Big Grin I think he would get on my nerves if I was cooped up with him, but I still think he is one of the most genuine in there. I have a feeling if the antipathy hadn't been so sustained in the first weeks, this whole thing would have panned out totally different and Freddie wouldn't now stand accused of game playing. I always felt he just wanted to wander through this period with a smile and a song, but, unfortunately, he was forced to become reactionary, which I don't really think is his nature. Smiler

exactly how I feel too

Actually, I think Bea is a brilliant HM, but again, I couldn't be around her too long in a confined space. I also think that she had a right to put up a fight against Freddie, it's the playing to the gallery I found especially distasteful, as well as citing Marcus, making him an unwitting ally, plus it could all have been said in 2 minutes. True, but on the surface she did give Freddie the impression she was his friend even though we could see differently

She did that from the night she went in though....but in fairness if he was stupid enough to think someone he'd only just met was his 'friend' then more fool him.
I was surprised that he didn't put two and two together, she had seen how popular/unpopular the housemates were and she homed in on him straight away, as a man who had survived 5 evictions I think by that point he might have wanted to wonder why

You can be bright as a button and still be a fool when it comes to love. Freddie is relying on his emotions and mojo, where Bea is concerned, not his intellect. He was probably flattered she made a beeline for him, but she has "done a Noirin" on him and he doesn't recognise it. Possibly, he hasn't had too much experience with girls so is only too pleased to have a girl of his own in the house. The machivellian Bea has observed this vulnerability in him and used it to her own ends, particularly as she knew he was a popular housemate with the public. Clever, because she has him on side even though she knows we can see what she is up to.

Fingers crossed Big Grin[/QUOTE]

To get that nail banged in by the viewer, she has to be nominated first. So she is playing one game with the viewer and another game with the housemates. She has probably forgotten about BB's own potential for scheming, such as we saw last week when voting to save. She is relying solely on the noms process to save her.

Yup, but that was the strongest point in her psycologist's game plan. Go all out to destroy the favourite. When she feels she's succeeded in that, she'll start on the other favourite, Siavash.

Thing is though, that in the process she is destroying herself with the public. She could've won or at least be in the final, up to a couple of weeks ago. The public have now seen her for what she is - thank goodness.

But it's up to the housemates to nominate her and she is working the groups to avoid nomination. She forgets that BB can scheme as well and put them all up for eviction or saving.

Yes, you're right. We need her to be nominated, but who knows what BB have up their sleeve. They may want to keep her in and include some sort of twist.

Treacherous is a word I would apply to Bea, and it is a word I used in the live feed discussion last night about her because it sums her up totally.

Of course, like everyone else, I did not see what led up to the row we witnessed and Bea's subsequent outrageous indignation at the audacity of Freddie to tell her she was negative. But we can surely make a connection with her indignation last night and her indignation in all her other rows in the house. Yes, there have been many: Lisa, David, Charlie, etc., and all in the space of three short weeks too. I really don't need to see the preliminaries, I can make an easy connection knowing her history for histrionics.

She tore Freddie to pieces last night with her venomous tongue, her self-righteous self-centred self-indulgent prima donna tongue. And, by doing so, she has signed her own eviction warrant like so many before her who have also thought that Freddie was an easy target. He is not. He now has the public on his side again, which is self-defeating Bea at her very worst. Silly snobby jealous little mare Bea, who is the one who has the biggest problem with Freddie's Oxford degree.

marcus harried and hounded her for looking surprised that he had hidden some fags, and wouldn't let up, he drove her to extreme measures.

Great post.

I`d even like to see Lisa stay over her, and that`s saying something.

At least Lisa is honest about who she dislikes, in a weird sort of way! (If that makes any sense!!!)

She did tear him to bits and try to sell him out to curry favour with dominant 'Team Lisa'. However, if she thinks that she'll be accepted into Lisa's collusion club, I think she may be mistaken
Kaytee
It was tactics.
She decided to find escape from niminations in the Lisa, David, Charlie group. It was easy for her to work out the numbers.
It was a survival tactic.
And such a bad one!
Bea`s performance was diabolical. Talk about over the top. The tirade was endless. On and on and on like a dog with a bone. Overacting something rotten!
"Deeply, deeply, deeply upset" she said for the umpteenth time.
This trivial issue did not merit this sad performance by any stretch of the imagination.
Heaven help us if she gets genuinely upset about something.
So put on and unconvincing.
Seconds later she joined Lurking Charlie, Sorceress Lisa and Camp David.
I suspect she was aiming to get herself safe and bring down Freddie at the same time.
Apart from see-through Charlie, this was one of the most transparent performances this year.

She did indeed sell him out and she couldn't wait to do it, seeing her in the kitchen talking to Lisa and co was quite sickening, but in doing that I hope she has done him a great service, perhaps not with the other housemates but with the voting public who will see how he has been used now. That may make him a fool for trusting her but it doesn't make him an inherently bad person, something that she would know all about

Afternoon btw Kaytee
