i got ZERO sleep last night after a bit of a hormone driven emotional night..then my 1 year old waking up at 5. i can't really go have a nap later, if i do it will be too short to bother and i usually feel worse then lol. but i'm meant to be going out tonight with the OH, last time we went out was mid april (last time any of us went out) so i dont want to cancel...esp as it for his birthday.
but i need to wake up!!! honestly if i sit on the sofa i'll fall asleep, i know i will. so sitting on hard chair when i sit down.
anyone have any ideas on hwo to bloody wake up?? bear in mind they need to be pregnancy friendly
