I just watched BBLB on +1 and Hiras husband really wasn't what I expected! He looked alot older and (dare I say it) not particularly attractive. Either he must be e really, really nice bloke or that was definitely an arranged marriage

Yes I remember something being mentioned when she entered about him being her cousin. Like you say though, it's not illegal but you only have to look at the royal family to know that it's not quite right
