Last evening in the garden there were three seperate garden ant's nests that exploded with the new flying queens taking off for new colonies.Fascinating to watch ,they were co- ordinated within minutes of each other,the garden was full of flying ants, the conditions must have been perfect,warm with a slight beeze.Within 20 minutes all had gone. 
My cats go barmy when anything like that is flying around. All 3 of them go after it, so funny to watch! Their heads etc all moving exactly the same, at the same time. One time Storm was chasing this fly around the window and he splatted it with his front paw, dragged it down the window pane and ATE IT 
before I even blinked!!!
