Endemol take most of the audience as just being fools who they can manipulate at their whim.

Now if they made fun of all HMs equally you could say it was at least fair in a way. But they don't and this is a major problem (probably the biggest) with their whole approach to the show. It just ends up being about building up some HMs as eviction fodder while using other HMs (usually those considered more good looking by a young audience) as being the goodies. Lamb is just a mouthpiece for the producers (just like McCall really), they have little significance in themselves.

I get a feeling George Lamb is just reading off his script as usual he never seems interested or an expert like Dermot O'Leary was despite his bias but at least Dermot had passion. I agree 100%. George Lamb goes through the motions and reads the autocue......Dermy lived and breathed BB and I for one loved him for it.
